Welcome to PolyData Dashboards!
PolyData Dashboards is a fully Web enabled infrastructure replacing the existing BrioQuery/WTS Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure. These interactive dashboards provide for more analytical and business intelligence capability utilizing Cal Poly's Enterprise Data Warehouse (PolyData).
Dashboard Tool Help and Training
Use the links on the right for on-line training materials, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), details about specific Dashboards, and other PolyData Dashboard information. Clicking on a link to the right will expand that section of links to show you all options in that category.
Tool Training
Tool training is an overview of how to use a PolyData Dashboard covering terminology, navigation, and features. It is independent of data sources. As the overview is the same regardless of the functional dashboard you will use, you only need to take the training once. It is recommended you go through this overview training before functional training.
The training consists of a series of short videos on specific dashboard features. If you are not familiar with PolyData dashboards it is recommended you go through the complete set of videos in sequence. If you are just looking for a refresher on a specific topic, then you can go directly to the pages and/or video on that topic.

Dashboards
The Finance Dashboard includes information on Revenue & Expense, Open POs, Trial Balance, Projects, Chargebacks, Base Budget, and all types of transaction detail (R&E, PO, Trial Balance, and Budget).
The Decision Support Dashboard includes information on Revenue & Expense transactions, Salary & Wages summaries, and Base Budget summaries.

Human Resources Dashboards
The PolyData Human Resources Dashboard is under development and an announcement will be made when it is available for campus-wide use. Contact information will be posted after release to production.

OBIEE Technical Conference
