PolyData Warehouse
The PolyData Warehouse is made up of tables created through a series of extract programs that run nightly. Cal Poly has used a product called BrioQuery for many years to create reports from the student, finance, and HR data tables that are available. In January 2008 we begin a project to replace BrioQuery with a web-based interface that we call PolyData Dashboards. You must have a Terminal Services account and PolyData/BrioQuery account to access this data. To request a PolyData/BrioQuery or Terminal Services account, call the CMS Call Center at 756-7000 Option 3.
