Dear Campus Brio Users,
This message is intended for Brio users who need access to data from the new PeopleSoft Student Administration system. Please feel free to forward this message to other users in your organization who you believe are affected. It is being sent to the following lists:

CURRENT STATUS
The SA Reporting team is currently validating data in preparation for delivering Class List and Address repository reports next week.
For about the first week of registration, registration statistics will be run by IP&A and Records, who will validate the data. Once the validation process is complete, the registration statistics repository queries will be released for users to run themselves. In the meantime, the new Class List repository query will contain a tab with unvalidated enrollment counts by class section. We plan for it to be available Tuesday, August 8, the second day of new student registration.
To access the new queries, you will need a Windows Terminal Services account and a Polydata account. If you are unsure if you have these accounts, contact the ITS Service Desk, 756-7000, Option 3.
To support the new queries, we will provide information via the web and will hold an open forum within the next two weeks.
ODIN TABLES WILL CONTAIN OUT OF DATE DATA -- WILL BE DISCONTINUED Data in Odin tables that were based on SIS+ data is becoming out of date because of continued data conversion and data entry migration associated with the PeopleSoft SA implementation effort. Outdated SIS+ repository queries (such as Addresses, Class List, Eligible Stats, Registration Stats and Student Hold Report) and associated tables will be discontinued within the next two weeks.
