Subject: Brio Query Update 8/9/06 (New Repository Queries Ready!)
Dear Brio Query Users:
Five new repository queries are available in Brio Query for your use:
SA-Class List by Instructor
SA-Class List by Subject (includes table for enrollment counts)
SA-Eligible to Enroll (fall)
SA-Enrolled Current Term (summer)
SA-Enrolled Next Term (fall)
To access the new queries, you will need a Windows Terminal Services account and a Polydata account. If you are unsure if you have these accounts, contact the ITS Service Desk, 756-7000, Option 3.
For now the repository queries are "locked" and we recommend you hold off writing your own ad hoc queries with the associated tables. We are not in a position to support ad hoc queries at this time, while we put processes in place and prepare additional tables for your use. Our target date for having you build your own new ad hoc queries is August 21, but the PeopleSoft data environment is both rich and complex, and there will be changes as we transition.
For the new queries in place, the data has been spot checked and the code has been validated. We are still actively validating the data. If you see data anomalies when you run the repository queries, please report it to the ITS Service Desk (756-7000, Option 3).
Please remember that the data for the Brio Query tables refreshes nightly and represents activity from the prior day.
