CHANGES YOU CAN USE IMMEDIATELY
- E-Mail address has been added to commencement repository queries
CHANGES COMING END OF DECEMBER
- New repository queries such as AP/DQ (Academic Probation/Disqualification) and Dean's List for Fall term
- Additional *student* attributes such as a current athlete flag, California resident flag, Dean's list flag
- Additional *class list* attributes such as official grade, primary instructor e-mail address, class academic career, class college code/description, and student FERPA flag
- Snapshot of Fall term retained in class list along with Winter
CHANGES COMING LATER IN WINTER QUARTER
- New tables and data for degrees, enrollment, test scores and "sensitive" data
INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS FOR DATA
If you have requests for student data that cannot be met by the repository queries and tables that have been released, or have a need to view additional pieces of data, please complete the ad-hoc data request form located on the PolyData web site and follow instructions for submittal. At this time, please limit your requests to data that is essential to university operations. Even if your request cannot be met, it will feed the requirements for future releases.
