| Description | Students' Academic Program information, including academic career and class level, is always the current information for that student and is not specific to a given term. Therefore, when you query on a given term, the program information may not be accurate for that term. Keep this in mind for all queries on student data. |

| Description | Some students may be missing a CPSLO GPA and/or class level if one did not exist in PeopleSoft for the most recent "fully graded" term in which they attended. Business rule is changing to seek the most recent CPSLO GPA provided for any quarter in which they attended. |
