PolyData Update: Student Access though Brio Expires 8/1/11

Due to the increasing security concerns with outdated Brio Query software, it is imperative that we complete our transition to the newer PolyData Dashboard environment.

Access to student information in Brio Query will be removed on August 1, 2011. Most student information currently available through Brio Query is now available via the Enrollment Management Dashboard. If you have student information requirements than cannot be met by the current Enrollment Management Dashboard, you can request changes or additions to the dashboard content by sending them to polydata-sa-support@calpoly.edu. If you have a more immediate need for information, please submit an Ad Hoc Request form, available at https://polydata.calpoly.edu/requests (allow 2-3 weeks for processing where possible). If you do not currently have access to the Enrollment Management Dashboard, please visit https://polydata.calpoly.edu/dashboards/dash_pages/enrollment_mgmt for more information.

With the help of campus data authorities and campus data warehouse customers, we have completed successful transitions for finance and human resources data. On behalf of the Data Authorities and ITS, we thank you for your support through this final transition of student information to the PolyData Dashboards.
