How to Change Default Time Setting for PolyData Reports (BI Publisher)

 

  1. Go to my.calpoly.edu and sign in with your Cal Poly Username and Password. 
  2. In the left column under Single Click Links, click PolyData Dashboards. 
  3. Click your username which is located in the upper right corner. Then, click My Account.
  4. New pop-up window shows four different tabs: Preferences, BI Publisher Preferences, Delivery Options, and Roles and Catalog Groups. Click on BI Publisher Preferences tab. 
  5. The Report Time Zone should be automatically set to default. Click on the drop-down arrow and scroll down and click (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana.
  6. Click OK.
